The Butterfly JH5209 is a straightforward mechanical sewing machine from the JH5000 series with 9 built-in stitch patterns. It covers the essentials of home sewing — seams, hems, edge finishing and buttonholes — with simple dial controls that make it easy for beginners in Bangladesh to pick up.
The JH5209 sews at up to 750 stitches per minute with an adjustable 0–4mm stitch length, and its 4-step buttonhole handles closures on shirts and dresses. Adjustable thread tension, reverse feed for locking off seams, a thread cutter and an automatic bobbin winder are all included, as are twin-needle support and free-motion embroidery using the supplied darning plate.
It shares the series' 70W motor, integral aluminium framework and shuttle hook, measures roughly 360 × 155 × 270mm and weighs about 5.6kg. A detachable accessory box converts the flat bed into a free arm for sleeves and hems, and a built-in LED lamp lights the needle area.
