The Butterfly JH8390S is a mechanical household sewing machine from the JH8000 series with 20 built-in stitch patterns and a compact 5.5kg body. It is well suited to Bangladeshi homes and home tailors who want a good spread of stitches without a heavy machine to store.
Its 20 stitch patterns and 4-step buttonhole cover everyday sewing, edge finishing, closures and light decorative work, with stitch length adjustable from 0 to 4mm. Adjustable thread tension and presser foot pressure let you adapt to different fabric weights, while a thread cutter, automatic bobbin winder and reverse feed handle the routine tasks. Twin-needle sewing and free-motion embroidery with the supplied darning plate are supported.
A 70W motor drives the machine at up to 750 stitches per minute on an integral aluminium framework with a shuttle hook. It measures roughly 355 × 160 × 265mm and weighs about 5.5kg, with a detachable accessory box that converts the bed into a free arm for cuffs and trouser hems, plus a fold-away handle and built-in LED lamp.
